Πλήρης απασχόλησηAs a Junior Demand & Logistics Planner you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials and products. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing and operations, to ensure that production meets demand and minimizes costs.
You will be part of 3Cents Team, supporting the premium sparkling beverage and mixer category pillar of Coca-Cola HBC's 24/7 beverage strategy.
Our new team member needs to know:
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer orders to forecast future demand for products.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, considering factors such as capacity, lead times and resource availability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory costs.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the factory, warehouse and customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to production planning, inventory management and logistics.
You can be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
