Responsibilities:

• Ensures the adherence of the procurement procedures and PPC policies
• Participates in the development of strategies for the procurement of services, materials and E-Mobility projects
• Compiles, analyzes and monitors the ERP reporting
• Monitors, researches the market, collects and processes cost data related to services under their responsibility
• Handles procedures about selection, negotiation, assignment, contract signing, supplier management and supplier performance management, regarding the service purchases, supply of equipment and projects under their responsibility
• Stays constantly up to date for the framework that governs the Procurement, Projects and Services of PPC
• Draws up and standardizes the commercial terms of the contracts
• Supports throughout the implementation of the contracts, up to their completion
• Supports the processing of decentralized procedures for awarding and implementing contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a University or College or Technological Education Institute, nationally or internationally
• Master’s degree will be considered an additional qualification
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in procurement, service and project contracting processes in a related field
• Experience in foreign contracts management will be considered an additional qualification
• Experience in E-Mobility will be considered an additional qualification
• Technical skills in procurement methodologies, tools and techniques will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge and use of electronic selection process platforms and procurement planning systems (e.g. SAP) will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
• Good knowledge of the English language
