Based in Metamorphossis, Greece, you will report to the Product Marketing Manager & you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to recognize their needs, promoting their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
  • Meeting short-term / long-term sales and revenue goals following team’s KPIs.
  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
  • Preparing sales & marketing plans and offers in coordination with marketing and other departments.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes (offer tools, invoices, letters of credit, communication with accounting etc.) based on ABB’s state’s guidelines. Support cash collection and project management activities, when needed.


Qualifications For The Role

  • University Degree in Engineering or other relevant department (e.g. Marketing)
  • 2 years of experience in Sales. Knowledge of ABB products or experience in UPS/EV Charging market will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language
  • Strong Computer literacy (e.g. MS excel, Outlook) - knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus
  • Ownership & Professionalism
  • Strong communication and Negotiation skills
  • A Collaborative, Customer-oriented approach
