Your Impact

We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Media Executive to develop impactful marketing campaigns aligned with clients' business KPIs and digital strategies. As a Digital Media Executive, your work will have a direct impact on our digital marketing efforts and overall business success. You will play a crucial role in communicating campaign results, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives that drive our marketing goals forward. With your attention to detail and proactive approach, you will help us stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and continuously explore new opportunities for growth.

The role requires a methodical, team-oriented, and results-driven professional with excellent project management skills and the ability to follow through on multiple projects.

The successful candidate will be based at Tailwind's Headquarters in Athens or Tailwind's Tech Hub in Patras.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Digital Media team to communicate campaign results and develop strategies and initiatives to achieve marketing goals.
• Create, optimize, and maintain paid advertising campaigns across various marketing channels.
• Work closely with agency partners, leveraging their feedback to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor media investment and key performance indicators (KPIs), aligning them with business objectives and goals.
• Apply optimizations and identify growth opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
• Analyze and report data to gather insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategy by understanding business objectives.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to keep multiple projects on track.
• Document strategies to optimize and automate tasks within the campaign lifecycle.
• Utilize research tools to develop audience profiles and understand their online behaviors.
• Monitor competition and market trends, making necessary adjustments to campaign performance.
• Continuously explore new paid marketing channels and stay updated with industry trends through self-education.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a previous work experience in digital marketing, ideally on campaign ops.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, proactive nature, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Has a strong attention to detail and can maintain accuracy in their work.
• Displays strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and acquire new skills.
