Assistant Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
•Reporting to the Front Office Manager
•Ensures implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge.
•Overlooking all procedures, at the Front Desk, check in/outs, open & closing cashier, complains handlining, FHR (AMEX) standards, LHW standards.
•Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality.
•Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction.
•Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
•Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards.
•Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Best Candidate’s profile:
•Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
•Computer Literacy and familiarity with Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
•Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus
•Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset
•Hands-on leader
•Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.
•Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
