Customer Service Representative consumer electronics (Remote, Greece)

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our project, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inbound calls with a focus on providing exceptional service. You'll need to navigate through challenging situations with escalated customers, ensuring each interaction is resolved efficiently and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills to deliver seamless resolutions.
• Handle higher call volumes during peak seasons with attentiveness and efficiency.
• Pay meticulous attention to details, providing personalized follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  
  

Language Requirements:

• Spanish: C2 proficiency
• English: C1 proficiency
  
  
  

Base Salary: 1,000 EUR gross monthly (per 14 months)

Performance Bonus: Up to 150 EUR monthly based on performance metrics

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (local time)

Customer Service Skills:

• Preferred experience in customer service; however, willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Strong soft skills including active listening, empathy, and engagement.

Technical Support Skills:

• Guide customers through technical troubleshooting procedures with confidence and clarity.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues spanning various systems and programs.
• Proficient in multitasking and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  
  

Training:

• Comprehensive 3-week online training provided, covering both customer service and technical support aspects.
  
  
  

Common Scenarios & Call Drivers:

• Troubleshooting issues like malfunctioning devices such as toothbrushes.
• Providing product information and comparisons, ensuring customer inquiries are fully addressed.
