Due to its expansion, LAS SOLUTIONS is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Accounting Assistant in the area of Athens

#yourmission

• Monitoring and entry of all travel/transportation costs (expense notes)
• Travel Management bookings and invoices’ monitoring for all employees
• Monitoring of company car costs
• Day to day communication with other departments
• Assist in activity reports

#yourprofile

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in an organized accounting department with C' category books
• Experience with ERP systems (Knowledge of Soft1 ERP will be considered as an additional qualification)
• Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
• Strong PC literacy (especially MS Office)
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented
• Previous back office experience and knowledge of the German language will be highly appreciated
