Programme Overview

The Programme Is Designed To Guide And Support Talented Graduates To Develop Professionally In Order To Achieve a Fast-track Career And Become Eurobank Future Business Leaders. The Opportunities Offered Through The Programme Will Run In The Following Core Banking Functions

Corporate and Investment Banking provides integrated solutions, to large and medium-sized enterprises, designed to cover complex financing and transactional needs as well as excellent customer service for the clients. We offer career opportunities in the units of Corporate Banking, Large Corporate, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, Trasaction Banking, Leasing.

Markets & Wealth Management provides integrated solutions across a wide spectrum of services related to Access to Markets, Asset Management Services, Portfolio Investment Advice and Risk Management Solutions. Further, Treasury function is managing the bank’s liquidity and balance sheet risks whilst Trading is offering market making and position taking capabilities. We offer career opportunities in the units of Fund Management, Trading, Sales, Structuring, Private banking.

Risk Management has full responsibility in setting the Risk Strategy and Risk Appetite framework and subsequently, as a 2nd line of defense, for the monitoring of credit, market, liquidity and operational risks, undertaken by the Eurobank Group. Moreover, it is responsible for the establishment of the necessary policies and procedures, methodologies, and tools, in order to effectively monitor risk levels, for the Group. We offer career opportunities in the units of Credit Risk, Credit Control, Capital Adequacy Control, Risk Strategy.

What we are looking for

The programme is intended for graduates with 1-3 years’ work experience. In addition, we want you to:

• Have a strong Academic Background in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Fintech, Mathematics, Statistics – just to name a few. Postgraduate applicants will be prioritised.
• Be passionate to building a Banking career.
• Have a data orientation, analytical mind. and critical thinking.
• Have excellent command of the English language (verbal & written).
• Have Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
