Procurement Quality and Documentation Specialist

Who we are:

3BRO Ltd is an independent trading firm, which specializes in the acquisition and sale of electrical, industrial and mechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality performance, certifications, and compliance with industry standards.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.


• Manage all product-related documentation, including technical datasheets, certifications, test results, and supplier performance records.


• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for both internal teams and external audits.


• Prepare documentation packages for customers as needed, ensuring transparency in product compliance and quality assurance.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product quality inquiries, certifications, and compliance issues.


• Work with the sales and procurement teams to communicate quality expectations and ensure customer requirements are met.


• Provide product-specific compliance information to customers and handle any quality-related complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control, supplier quality management, or product compliance.


• Advanced computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.


• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).


• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.


• Proactive approach to improving supplier performance and quality assurance processes.
