Requirements

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.


• Prepare the workstation and any necessary side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.


• Handle dining reservations and allocate guests, according to the established sequence of service.


• Assist in all restaurants related tasks as assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager.


• Provide menu suggestions, when necessary, both for food and drink choices.


• Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Skills and qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage.


• Knowledge of food and beverage service.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Attention to detail.


• English language efficiency.


• Additional language efficiency.


• Familiarity with POS systems.


• Service experience within a restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment.


• Pleasant, polite and friendly personality, with an eager for development and growth.


• Professional appearance and behavior aiming to provide high-quality services.


• Attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests’ needs and desires.


• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations.
