You will work closely with businesses to understand their technical and commercial needs, recommend the right solutions, and support successful implementation and adoption.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand advertiser business and technical requirements to recommend the most suitable digital advertising solutions
• Support customers through solution activation, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, solution adoption, and revenue growth
• Build trusted relationships and act as a technical advisor for customers
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations
• Use CRM tools, dashboards, and performance data to track results and drive customer success

Your Profile:

• Native or near-native Arabic speaker with fluent English
• Minimum 12 months of technical sales experience (Digital Advertising, SaaS, B2B Sales, Account Management, or similar)
• Strong consultative selling and customer-facing communication skills
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and explain technical concepts clearly
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable using CRM and reporting tools
