Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Type: Full time, all year-round contract

Location: Corfu, Greece

The Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of all F&B outlets, ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Director of Gastronomy, this role is focused on hands-on management of daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring the seamless execution of service across multiple outlets.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily service operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and seamless coordination with the culinary team
• Participate in daily operational meetings and cross-departmental discussions to align on resort objectives and resolve potential bottlenecks
• Ensures SOP implementation in F&B department
• Ensure guest feedback is collected, analyzed, and used to enhance the overall service experience
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that service delivery exceeds guest expectations
• Lead the F&B service team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation
• Act as a mentor for team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance
• Actively participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in operational F&B management within a luxury resort or 5-star hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Commitment to sustainability and innovation in F&B service
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with relevant systems (POS, inventory management, Microsoft Office)
