Senior Real Estate Transactions Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales and transaction process for real estate assets, acting as the primary liaison between clients, buyers, sellers, and external stakeholders.


• Collect, review, and maintain property information and documentation to ensure accurate and effective marketing of assets.


• Provide expert guidance to clients and buyers, supporting informed decision-making and successful transaction outcomes.


• Lead the monetization and disposal of high-value assets, evaluating offers and supporting negotiations to maximize value and ensure timely closings.


• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on transaction progress and market activity.


• Build, lead, and expand the Transactions team across Greece, ensuring nationwide coverage and operational excellence.


• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.


• Monitor team performance against sales and transaction targets, providing coaching, support, and escalation where required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, transactions, brokerage, or asset management.


• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.


• Proven ability to manage property transactions and deliver commercial results.


• Experience leading, training, or mentoring teams is considered a strong advantage.


• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.


• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach and strong business acumen.


• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
