Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Aliis Resort Porto Heli - MGallery Collection opening in 2027 is seeking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

About the role:
Allis Resort Porto Heli, MGallery Collection, Member of Accor is opening in June 2027 and seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping team to ensure all areas meet the brand standards.


• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.


• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to Room Attendants and support staff.


• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality control.


• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.


• Manage inventory levels for linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.


• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with administrative tasks, scheduling, and departmental planning.


• Respond to guest requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.


• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.


• Support in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality from a certified school in Greece or abroad.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a 5* luxury hotel.


• Experience within an international brand will be an asset.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.


• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset.


• A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
