Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role:

Allis Resort Porto Heli-MGallery Collection, Member of Accor is opening in June 2027. Is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, this role demands a hands-on leader who can balance the operational aspects of running high-end food and beverage services while also being strategic about revenue management and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and beverage operations provide exceptional levels of service consistent with the brand.


• Develop and implement F&B strategies in line with overall resort objectives and guest satisfaction.


• Manage the F&B budget and financial performance, focusing on cost control and revenue generation.


• Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.


• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding high standards of quality.


• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect local culture and trends.


• Ensure that all food and beverage operations provide exceptional levels of service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5 star hotel.


• Experience within an international brand will be an asset.


• Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably within resort environments.


• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a focus on training and development.


• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational processes.


• Experience on POS.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
