Our studio is seeking a qualified Senior Interior Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our team in a full-time, studio-based position.
Role And Responsibilities
– Lead interior design efforts across all project phases, from concept to completion
– Collaborate with architectural and design teams, clients, engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers
– Prepare comprehensive interior documentation, including FF&E schedules, material boards, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
– Coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery
– Research and implement contemporary interior design trends, materials, and technologies Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth
– Ensure design quality, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained throughout the project
Skills Required
– Extensive experience in joinery design, construction documentation, FF&E specification, and project management
– Hospitality and hotel design experience is a plus
– Familiarity with budgeting and project scheduling is a plus
– Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail
– Ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects effectively
– Strong presentation and communication skills
– High proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
– Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or Revit is a plus
– Fluent in spoken and written in English
