The role

You’ll help customers understand professional haircare and colour products, offering clear, practical advice and resolving product-related enquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Supporting customers by phone, email and chat, and responding to ratings and reviews.

  Providing specialist guidance on professional haircare and hair colour products.

  
  


• 
  

  Explaining product application, use and care routines.

  
  


• 
  

  Handling enquiries and resolving product-related concerns professionally.

  
  

What you need

You must have a cosmetology licence, active or inactive, and/or at least two years of proven salon experience involving practical hair colour work. Three to five years of relevant experience is ideal.

You’ll also need:

  Strong knowledge of professional haircare and colour products.

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced spoken and written English; C1 level or above is recommended.

  
  


• 
  

  Confident communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.

  
  


• 
  

  Availability to work onsite in Athens and support the USA market during evening hours.

  
  

Cosmetics retail, makeup-only or salon reception experience alone does not meet the requirements.

Salary and benefits

  €1,300 gross per month, with 14 salary payments per year, plus bonuses.

Location and working hours

  Location: Athens campus, fully office-based.

  Schedule: Monday–Friday, within the 16:00–01:00 Athens-time window.

  Shift length: Eight-hour shifts; the exact shift and break arrangement within this window will be confirmed.

  Start date: 30 November 2026.

  
  

Training

You’ll complete three weeks of training followed by two weeks of supported onboarding (“nesting”), all onsite and paid from day one. Daily training hours will be confirmed.
