VetPay is an Australian company that helps pet owners access the veterinary treatment their pets need through simple payment solutions.

We’re opening a new office in Kolonaki, Athens, and we’re looking for friendly, confident and motivated people to join our Customer Support team.

No finance experience is required. Full training will be provided.

We’re more interested in finding someone with great people skills, strong English and a willingness to learn.

This could be a great opportunity if you’re currently studying, recently graduated, working in hospitality or retail, or simply looking to start your career in an international office environment.

About the Role

You’ll be part of our Athens-based team, supporting VetPay customers and veterinary clinics across Australia.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Answering customer enquiries by phone and email


• Making occasional outbound calls to assist customers


• Helping customers with basic questions about their accounts and payments


• Communicating with veterinary clinics


• Updating customer information in our system


• Providing friendly and helpful customer service


• Working closely with your team to solve simple customer issues

You’ll receive full training, so previous experience in finance, banking or office-based customer service is not necessary.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident speaking with people and eager to learn.

You might be:

• Currently studying at university


• A recent graduate looking for your first office role


• Working in a veterinary clinic


• Working in a hotel, café, restaurant or hospitality role


• Working in retail or another customer-facing position


• Working in reception or administration


• Someone with customer service experience looking for a new opportunity


• Someone from Australia relocating to Greece

If you communicate well, enjoy helping people and have excellent English, we can teach you the rest.

• The ability to stay calm and friendly when speaking with customers


• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including some weekends, to align with Australian business hours
