Description

Your main responsibilities as a Maître are to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the hotel's events and F&B outlets, supervise and support employees, provide high-end service and maximize customer satisfaction.

Necessary Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position of conference hotels
• Degree/diploma in hotel management or a related field
• Working experience with POS systems and Protel
• Deep knowledge of Event operations
• High principles of Restaurant & Bar operations
• Ability to take prompt decisions effectively
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Outstanding people management and organizational skills
• Integrity, reliability & a spirit of cooperation
• High levels of energy & diligence
• Able to keep an eye on the detail
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules
