About us

ORA Hospitality is launching its flagship resort in Mykonos, Greece, scheduled for May 2027, and is currently building the team who will bring this project to life. The resort will mark the debut of a new ultra-luxury hospitality brand, currently under development. Located in the bay of Kalo Livadi, the property will feature 88 rooms and suites, alongside 5 private villas, specialty restaurants, wellness center, among other facilities.

ORA Hospitality is the luxury arm of ORA Developers, building a global portfolio of exceptional hotels and resorts designed to inspire how guests feel long after they leave. The collection includes the award-winning Silversands Grenada and Silversands Beach House in the Caribbean, with a growing pipeline of new destinations under development worldwide.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and serve classic, signature and bespoke beverages to exceptional quality standards.


• Engage guests professionally and offer informed recommendations on cocktails, spirits and wines.


• Maintain precise recipes, presentation standards and efficient service timing.


• Set up and maintain the bar, equipment, glassware and mise en place.


• Monitor stock levels, minimize waste and follow inventory procedures.


• Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless dining and bar experiences.


• Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards.

What You Need to Bring:

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, upscale bar or fine dining venue.


• Strong mixology skills and knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails and beverages.


• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.


• Confident, engaging guest relations and a personalized service mindset.


• Attention to detail, creativity and ability to work efficiently under pressure.


• Professional presentation, teamwork and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
