Recruitment Specialist

to join our HR Team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager.

The Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both industrial and corporate positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, attract qualified candidates and ensure an effective and positive recruitment experience.

How You Will Contribute

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for both industrial and corporate positions.


• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms and other recruitment channels.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements and identify suitable candidates.


• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assess qualifications and provide recommendations to hiring managers.


• Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases.


• Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.


• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.


• Master's degree will be considered an asset.


• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment.


• Experience in active sourcing and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.


• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.


• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.


• High ethical standards, confidentiality and a strong internal customer service orientation.


• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
