Role Overview:

As a Travel Customer Specialist, you will support customers at every stage of their journey, helping them manage bookings, resolve travel-related issues, and navigate unexpected changes. Through chat, email, and other digital channels, you will provide accurate information, practical solutions, and professional assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer assistance through chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Help customers create, update, or cancel bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
• Answer questions about itineraries, baggage policies, travel requirements, refunds, and booking conditions.
• Assist with payment inquiries, account-related requests, and loyalty or membership programs.
• Support travelers facing disruptions, including flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and missed connections.
• Evaluate customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external travel partners, including airlines and accommodation providers, to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and case resolution.
• Keep up to date with travel services, destinations, company policies, operational procedures, and industry updates through continuous training and development.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
