Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Assist with inquiries regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Danish proficiency.
• C1-level English for training and internal communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1–2 per month).
• Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
