This opportunity forms part of the launch of our upcoming exciting project, a luxury sister property & restaurant located on the Santorini Caldera. As a new addition to our portfolio, this concept will offer a distinctive expression of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, shaped by its exceptional setting and the unique character of Santorini, while providing an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a truly exceptional destination.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Waiter, Runner, or in a similar role within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-volume restaurant environment is preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education or relevant training is considered an advantage.


• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly valued.


• Genuine passion for luxury hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable dining experiences.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, polished, and professional approach to guests.


• Ability to work collaboratively with the service team, kitchen, and other departments in a fast-paced environment.


• Well-organized, attentive to detail, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate and respond to guest and team needs.


• Comfortable working in a unique Caldera setting, which involves frequent walking and navigating stairs throughout the property and dining areas.


• Physically capable of remaining active and on their feet for extended periods and carrying service items as required.


• Professional appearance and a strong understanding of the standards expected within a luxury dining environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Support the service team in delivering seamless, timely, and refined service throughout each shift.


• Assist in preparing and maintaining tables, service stations, and dining areas to the highest standards.


• Assist with the delivery of food and beverages, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and efficiency.


• Move efficiently and safely between the different levels, dining areas, and service points of the Caldera property, navigating stairs as an integral part of daily operations.


• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a warm, discreet, and guest-centric approach.


• Work closely with Waiters, Bartenders, Kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.


• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and impeccable presentation of the restaurant and service areas.


• Familiarize yourself with the daily menu, key ingredients, and beverage offerings to confidently assist the service team when required.


• Support the team in maintaining the high service standards and attention to detail expected of a luxury Caldera dining destination.


• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.


• Assist with opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks as required.


• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
