Your main purpose
Administer, monitor, and optimize server infrastructure and enterprise platforms (including PBX, Active Directory, database systems, and cloud environments) to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
Manage server and database capacity planning, proactively identifying utilization trends, performance bottlenecks, and upgrade requirements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security controls, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and business continuity requirements.
Plan, install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and patch database environments, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and database-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to technology procurement activities, including infrastructure specifications, system architectures, backup/recovery procedures, and hardware/software evaluation and selection.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise technologies, including Server Hardware, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure services, and MSSQL/Oracle database environments.
Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices, with experience implementing secure and resilient IT infrastructure solutions.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Fundamentals, Associate, or Expert credentials (or equivalent) will be considered an asset.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, combined with strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; prior experience within the hospitality or leisure industry will be considered a plus.
