APHI MIRA (ex Miramare) located in Ixia, Rhodes currently seeks the position of Income Auditor / Accounts Receivable.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Income Auditor / Accounts Receivable position is responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role involves generating invoices, reconciling accounts, following up with clients on overdue balances, and maintaining accurate financial records

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily income audit and revenue control.


• Reconciliation of PMS, POS, ERP & Acquiring Portals.


• Accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and Tour Operators / Debtors’ reconciliations.


• Monitoring OTAs, Web Business, Booking Engine / Channel Manager and Payment platforms.


• Identify and resolve revenue, payment, commission, and rate discrepancies.


• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Reservations teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance and/or Hospitality Management.


• Experience in hotel accounting / income audit, or accounts receivable.


• Good understanding of Hotel Revenue, Tour Operators Contracts, OTAs / B2B and Direct bookings.


• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and Excel knowledge.


• Good command of English.
