Bartender Trainee | Internship Position in Greece or Spain

Sani/Ikos Group is hiring through Hosco in Greece.

Department: Food & Beverage Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca) Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November) ResponsibilitiesSet up and close the workstation, completing all side duties for each shift.Prepare and serve beverages following the established service standards.Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.Support restaurant/bar operations as directed by the F&B or Bars Manager.Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.

Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece or Spain).A kind, respectful, and pleasant personality — soft skills matter the most to us.Eagerness to learn and grow within the role — the hard skills will come along the way.Must be at least 18 years old by the official internship start date.
