About the Role

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vrilissia, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients.

We are looking for a professional who can understand the strategic thinking behind a digital campaign, and at the same time see opportunities beyond owned channels — through media, creators, partnerships and earned visibility.

This is a role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy, client management and execution, and can connect the dots across different communication disciplines.

Role Description

  Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure a high level of service.

  Work closely with strategy, creative, social and performance teams to develop and deliver integrated campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate digital and social media projects from brief to execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to communication strategies combining digital, PR, creators and activations.

  
  


• 
  

  Support PR initiatives, media outreach and earned visibility opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, from research and outreach to briefing, execution and reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Support launches, events, partnerships and brand activations.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor digital, media and cultural trends and turn them into relevant opportunities for clients.

  
  

What we are looking for

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, PR or communications, preferably within an agency environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in PR, media relations, influencer marketing or creator collaborations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong client management and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to think strategically and challenge a brief rather than simply execute it.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

  
  


• 
  

  Confidence working in a fast-paced agency environment with high standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Curiosity about brands, culture, media, creators and emerging communication trends.

  
  


• 
  

  A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different disciplines.

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency experience is an asset.

  
  

What SCL Mellon offers

  Gross monthly salary starting from €1,800, depending on experience and profile.

  Annual performance bonus equivalent to one additional monthly salary.

  Hybrid working option after the first 6 months, with up to 2 remote-working days per week.
