In-House Real Estate Lawyer
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Position: Full-Time, In-House
ITG Group is looking for an experienced In-House Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in Thessaloniki.
We are seeking a lawyer with proven and substantial experience in Greek real estate law and transactions, capable of independently managing multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the legal process of real estate acquisitions and sales from A to Z, including residential and commercial buildings, individual properties, hotels and hospitality assets, and other real estate investments
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence before acquisitions, including ownership titles, cadastral records, encumbrances, legal restrictions, and other property-related matters
- Prepare, review, and negotiate preliminary agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, private agreements, and other real estate contracts
- Coordinate transactions with sellers, buyers, notaries, lawyers, engineers, accountants, brokers, banks, and other professionals
- Handle and review legal matters related to bank financing, mortgages and other securities, private loans, and financing agreements
- Identify legal risks and potential issues before acquisition or commitment and provide practical solutions
- Provide ongoing legal support to the Group's real estate development, hospitality, property management, and corporate activities
- Manage legal deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups across multiple active projects simultaneously
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in Greece
- Proven professional experience in Greek real estate law and real estate transactions is essential
- Strong experience in property acquisitions, legal due diligence, contracts, and transaction management
- Knowledge and practical experience with bank loans, mortgages/securities, and private financing
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and capable of taking full ownership of legal matters
- Practical and business-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
