Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse Assistant

The Role

SCYTALYS is looking for an experienced and motivated Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to support the company's purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and release purchase orders to vendors in a timely and professional manner
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate order deliveries
• Receive, store, and distribute equipment to internal stakeholders and clients in line with company procedures
• Manage faulty equipment handling, including RMA requests, documentation issuance, repair tracking, and equipment returns
• Monitor shipments, transportation costs, and delivery schedules to optimize logistics operations
• Conduct annual inventory audits and maintain accurate records of equipment location and status
• Issue and manage import/export licenses when required
• Utilize ERP systems to support procurement, warehouse, and inventory management processes efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Procurement/ Logistics/ Warehouse Operations relevant field
• University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain OR Business Administration OR Economics or related required
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving, Organizational & Communication skills
• ERP systems familiarity would be considered as a plus
• Attention to detail, organized and problem resolving mentality
