We are looking for a motivated  Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Participate in the implementation, support, and optimization of WMS and logistics solutions for partners and end customers.
• Analyze warehouse operations and business processes and support the translation of requirements into effective system solutions.
• Configure the WMS application according to customer operational needs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL queries.
• Support partners and users during project implementations, testing, go-live, and post-production operation.
• Deliver training sessions for users and partner teams.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in ERP, WMS, logistics, supply chain, or business software solutions.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and data-related issues.
• Interest in warehouse operations, logistics processes, and business systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
