Doorman

The Met Hotel is looking for a professional and service-oriented Doorman to join our Front Office team.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive and confident in welcoming guests, providing assistance upon arrival and departure, and contributing to a positive first and last impression of the hotel.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Open doors and assist guests entering or leaving the hotel
• Support guests with taxis, transportation and general information
• Coordinate closely with Reception
• Maintain the entrance area tidy and presentable at all times
• Provide assistance to guests whenever required

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment will be considered an advantage
• Good command of English
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Friendly, polite and guest-oriented attitude
• Team spirit and reliability
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
