We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international team in Athens.

If you already have experience in outbound sales and cold calling, enjoy building relationships with business customers, and feel comfortable working towards commercial targets, this could be an excellent opportunity to take your sales career abroad.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Athens.

Your Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will work with business customers, helping them identify solutions that can support their commercial goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls
• Building relationships with decision-makers and identifying new sales opportunities
• Understanding customers' business needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through follow-up
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Providing a professional and consultative customer experience
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales and cold-calling experience
• Confidence speaking with customers and decision-makers by phone
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset and results-driven approach
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Good computer and digital skills
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Availability to work onsite in Athens
