Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to travel services, accounts, reservations, payments, and general requests.
• Provide clear guidance and step-by-step assistance to help customers navigate the platform and available services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, practical, and timely solutions.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, empathetically, and with a problem-solving approach.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform, travel services, policies, and procedures through regular training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
