ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of our client, a leading multinational organisation with a strong commercial presence in Greece, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR professional for a newly created position.

HR Operations & CSR Manager (6310/HR/ESS/GR)

The Role

The HR Operations & CSR Manager will be responsible for the effective coordination and execution of a broad range of HR Operations and CSR activities, with a strong focus on HR reporting, HR systems, project coordination and communication with the Group.

The role combines hands-on HR Operations with responsibility for developing and driving CSR initiatives, managing related projects and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group.

As a newly created position, the role offers significant autonomy, visibility and ownership, with the opportunity to shape and further develop the HR and CSR agenda within a well-established multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives the local HR agenda, ensuring alignment between local priorities and Group guidelines.
• Partners with business stakeholders to translate organisational needs into effective HR solutions.
• Runs day-to-day HR Operations and key HR processes, including performance reviews, salary increases, bonuses and workforce forecasts.
• Handles recruitment and selection activities, as well as employee engagement, performance and development initiatives, in line with business needs and Group guidelines.
• Develops and drives local CSR initiatives in line with Group priorities, identifying opportunities and translating them into meaningful actions and programmes.
• Manages HR and CSR projects end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners, timelines and deliverables.
• Serves as the key point of contact for Group HR, ensuring alignment on priorities, initiatives and reporting requirements.
• Ensures accurate and timely HR reporting and employee data management, meeting business and Group requirements.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a relevant field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained within a commercial and structured multinational environment.
• Solid hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR reporting and HR systems.
• Proven experience in CSR initiatives and related reporting, preferably within a multinational organisation.
• Previous exposure to Group reporting and international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound business understanding and ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
