Front Office Agent

Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests, manage all department’s related operations (check in/out, payments, keep front desk tidy, answer and redirect all incoming calls and e mails, receive letters or packages and distribute them)
• Build full knowledge of Resort and hotel facilities, services and local area
• Upsell additional Resort facilities and services
• Monitor front office expenses, order material supplies and all necessary hotel documents
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Front Office position, ideally within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language, particularly German, Russian or French, will be considered an advantage
• Strong computer literacy; experience with OPERA / Fidelio or other hotel PMS systems will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management or a related field
• Positive and professional personality, with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong team spirit, flexibility and attention to detail
