Product Manager

Life is For Fun, master franchisee of MINISO in Greece, one of the world’s leading global lifestyle brands with a presence in more than 110 countries and a network of over 7,500 stores worldwide, is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of MINISO’s product categories.

We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills, who is passionate about retail and has a solid understanding of market and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the product assortment across categories by evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities to optimize the portfolio, introduce new products and expand existing or new categories.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, profitability and key KPIs, translating insights into actions that support sales growth and improve overall category performance.
• Contribute to purchasing, ordering and replenishment planning, taking into account sales trends, demand forecasts, seasonality, current stock levels and incoming inventory.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and consumer trends.
• Plan and coordinate new product launches, ensuring timely product availability and effective commercial rollout across stores and other sales channels.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to ensure effective execution of product initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of experience in a similar Product Management role.
• Strong analytical, numerical and organizational skills, with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience in monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and a keen interest in emerging consumer trends.
• Familiarity with agile methodology will be considered and advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language.
