SHM Hellas Pilion SA, a leading food manufacturing company in the industrial sector of Volos, is currently seeking to recruit a person for the position of:

Junior Financial Analyst

The position holder will report to the Head of Controlling, and he/she will be based in our plant in Volos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc management reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and utilize business information.
• Contribute to the improvement of reporting tools and analytical processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel domestically or abroad.
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
