Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Spa Therapist

Will be reporting to the Head Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized Spa treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols and luxury service standards.
• Conduct professional guest consultations and tailor treatments according to individual needs, preferences and wellbeing goals.
• Perform massage, body and facial treatments within professional qualifications and certifications.
• Take ownership of the complete treatment journey, from consultation and preparation through treatment and farewell.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and professional tools to the highest standards of hygiene, presentation and operational readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of treatment protocols, products and Spa experiences.
• Provide personalized homecare and product recommendations and identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities.
• Recognize contraindications and adapt treatments appropriately in accordance with professional standards and Spa procedures.
• Build lasting guest relationships through genuine care, discretion and consistently exceptional service.
• Contribute positively to teamwork, training and continuous improvement within the Spa.
  
  

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy or a relevant professional discipline.
• Minimum two years’ professional experience; previous luxury Spa or five-star hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of massage, body and/or facial treatments according to professional qualifications.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, hygiene and treatment contraindications.
• Excellent guest care, consultation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to treatment excellence.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in recommending appropriate retail and Spa experiences.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Professional appearance, discretion, emotional intelligence and genuine passion for wellbeing and luxury hospitality.
