Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:
Fitness Instructor
Will be reporting to the Assistant Spa Manager:
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
• Deliver exceptional and personalized fitness experiences through professional instruction, coaching and wellness guidance.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assess individual guest objectives, experience levels and exercise requirements.
• Design and deliver safe and effective personalized fitness programs and private sessions.
• Deliver individual and group fitness or wellness activities according to operational requirements.
• Provide professional guidance on exercise technique, mobility, flexibility and recovery.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence within the Fitness Centre, proactively engaging with guests.
• Ensure fitness equipment and facilities remain safe, clean, organized and operationally ready.
• Educate guests on the safe and effective use of fitness equipment.
• Promote a holistic approach to wellbeing by connecting fitness, recovery, relaxation and complementary Spa experiences.
• Contribute to wellness events, seasonal activities and innovative fitness initiatives.
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
• Degree or recognized qualification in Sports Science, Physical Education, Exercise Science or a related discipline.
• Valid Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer certification.
• Previous experience in a premium fitness, wellness or luxury hospitality environment is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise programming and safe exercise practices.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Excellent coaching, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to personalize exercise programs according to individual guest needs.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Energetic and professional presence with a genuine passion for wellness, healthy living and luxury hospitality.
