The Role
We are seeking a full-time Financial Assistant to join our Financial Department in Piraeus. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with the operation, HR and commercial departments, reporting directly to the Financial Manager.

Key Responsibilities
● Maintain and regularly update Forecast, Budget, P&L and Cash Flow reports
● Prepare and issue customer invoices and monitor the invoicing process
● Monitor customer balances and collections, including follow-up of outstanding receivables
● Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations
● Review and reconcile company expenses, invoices and supporting documentation
● Monitor payments, receivables and upcoming financial obligations
● Support the preparation of regular financial reports and management information

Qualifications and Skills
● Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
● Previous experience in a Finance / Accounting / Financial Assistant position
● Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, reconciliations and financial reports
● Ability to work with and update budgets, forecasts, P&L and cash flow reports
● Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
● Good command of English
● Attention to detail, accuracy and good organizational skills
