APtronic Hellas S.A. has been founded in 2010 and is a Greek subsidiary of the German company Phoenix Contact Power Supplies GmbH, part of the Phoenix Contact Group, which has a global presence with a vast number of products in the area of industrial components, industrial electronics and automation.
The company is situated at the 2nd km of Markopoulou Avenue, Koropi, Attika.
APtronic Hellas is a pure engineering group, specializing in the design and development of Power Electronics (industrial power supplies and redundancy/backup modules). It develops products exclusively for its mother company, starting from the original rough specification and up to the point of release to production. The company is a fully integrated part of the engineering team of Phoenix Contact Power Supplies GmbH, situated in Paderborn, Germany.
APtronic Hellas engages all the necessary engineering force required for the development of its products, such as power electronics design engineers, mechanical and pcb CAD engineers, embedded software engineers and bench testing engineers, all of them with high expertise in the development of power electronics. Due to the fast growth of the industrial power electronics and power reliability sectors, APtronic Hellas is expected to grow significantly within the next 5 years.

The position:
For the proper and timely development of its products, APtronic Hellas is looking for a Project Manager with a strong background of electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
The Project Manager will work with and coordinate both local but also international project teams, involving various subsidiaries of the Phoenix Contact Group.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the management of complex, international development projects of electronic products
- You take ownership of project, milestone, and budget planning and represent the projects in internal committees, approval rounds, and steering committees
- Furthermore, you lead and moderate project meetings, assign work packages, and drive decision-making
- You support the optimization of project management methods and processes in line with department-specific requirements while taking Phoenix Contact corporate processes into account
- You ensure that project objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality are achieved
Requirements:
- You have completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- You bring at least three years of professional experience in the technical leadership of projects and (interdisciplinary) teams
- You have solid project management expertise
- In addition, you possess extensive knowledge of development, qualification, and production processes for electronic assemblies for industrial applications
- Very good command of English completes your profile
In the case of minor deviations, the requirements may also be met through relevant professional experience or further qualification.
