Overview
We are looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our Finance team for a period of 18 months, covering a maternity leave.
As a Financial Controller, you will be preparing financial reports, assisting with effective budget preparation, and contributing to strengthening Finance team’s processes and overall impact on the business. As a Financial Controller, you will be preparing financial reports, assisting with effective budget preparation, and contributing to strengthening Finance team’s processes and overall impact on the business. Responsibilities
- Work with Financial Controller to create efficiencies and automatization within the daily processes for P&L reporting
- Assist Financial Controller in topline reporting: data collection from multiple systems, building reports per client, brand, category
- Support month-end / year-end close process according IFRS, and prepare variance analysis vs Budget/Last year
- Participation in the process of Rolling Forecasts, Annual Budget
- Preparation of various reports and analysis for company’s management
- Additional controller duties, ad hoc requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance - ACCA, CIMA, or MBA will be considered an asset
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office applications
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects accurately and within deadlines
- Excellent command of both English and Greek, written and verbal
