Key responsibilities:

• Organize, coordinate and supervise all In-Room Dining operations
• Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms
• Monitor service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Coordinate orders between In-Room Dining, Kitchen and other relevant departments
• Respond to guest requests, special requirements and complaints with a customer-oriented approach
• Supervise and support the In-Room Dining team, ensuring professional standards of service
• Prepare and coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Train, motivate and evaluate team members
• Monitor the quality, presentation and timely delivery of all orders
• Ensure that all health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations are strictly followed
• Monitor operational procedures and costs related to In-Room Dining
• Ensure proper handling and clearance of trays, trolleys and equipment from guest rooms
• Maintain effective communication and cooperation with all hotel departments
• Contribute to achieving high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management will be considered an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
• Proven experience in hotel F&B operations, preferably within In-Room Dining or Room Service
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership skills, teamwork and pleasant personality
• Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience with LQA and/or Forbes Standards will be considered a strong advantage
