Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer order activities
• Track progress of sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries and collections via 3rd party couriers
• Liaise with production, warehouse and transportation teams
• Ensure purchase orders are received before dispatch
• Monitor stock levels and incoming shipments
• Communicate order/delivery updates to customers
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
• Respond to inquiries from customers, subsidiaries, agents, and distributors
• Support other team members proactively

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Studies, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills: persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience, tenacity
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM platforms
