Overall Purpose of The Job
To maintain up-to-date financial records for the entities assigned to him/her and produce timely and accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Ensuring that all prime data are properly authorised codified and recorded.
- Maintaining up-to-date accounts and other financial records for relevant entities.
- Ensure that the financial records of the entities assigned to him/her, are properly maintained, checked and consolidated.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables
- Preparation of the daily payment run.
- Executing properly authorised instructions for payment.
- Ensure that all material variances are investigated and reported upon.
- Ensure that all deadlines set by the Divisions / Clients are respected.
- Assisting in the preparation of the company’s monthly management accounts.
- Ensure that the year-end Financial Statements are timely prepared.
- Deal with entity Auditors.
- Any other duties, which the Finance Manager may require to be carried out.
Essential
- University degree in Accounting or related Professional qualification and relevant experience.
