Starting with the role:

Currently, we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team at the Motor Oil Refinery in Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the monthly payroll process, including timesheet review, data validation, and payroll system updates.
  • Manage the time and attendance system and prepare daily overtime reports.
  • Support hiring and offboarding procedures, including employee record creation in ERP and payroll systems, retirement compensation calculations, and preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Submit employment-related forms and updates through the ERGANI Information System.
  • Manage employee advances and loans, including recording, verification, and preparation of bank payment files.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and ad hoc analyses.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel records and HR data.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
    • Ideally 2-4 years of experience in payroll or personnel administration.
    • Previous experience in a refinery or industrial environment will be considered a strong advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and/or payroll software (PYLON HRM - Epsilon NET).
    • Excellent command of the English language.
    • Knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation will be considered an asset.
