Talent Acquisition Hub Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Hub Lead to support the establishment and lead the day-to-day operation of our new centralized Talent Acquisition Hub in Greece.
Reporting to the People Experience & Growth Senior Manager, the role will contribute to the implementation of the Hub’s operating model and will coordinate the centralized recruitment of frontline and high-volume positions across the Group’s companies and geographical locations in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and operational readiness of the centralized Talent Acquisition Hub, according to the defined strategy and operating model
- Translate the agreed Hub design into clear recruitment processes, workflows, tools, templates, scripts, scorecards, and ways of working
- Lead the selection, onboarding, training, and development of the Recruiters joining the Hub
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment of frontline and high-volume positions and support critical or high-volume ad-hoc recruitment assignments when required
- Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily recruitment activities, workload, priorities, and portfolio allocation
- Ensure consistent screening, interviewing, assessment, and candidate communication practices
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, SLAs, KPIs, data quality, and service performance.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on volumes, pipeline progress, service performance, sourcing effectiveness, and capacity requirements
- Build effective working relationships with HR teams, Hiring Managers, and other internal stakeholders
- Develop targeted attraction plans for recurring, seasonal, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions, based on recruitment demand and local labour-market conditions
- Build and maintain productive relationships with external talent sources and partners, including universities, vocational schools, career offices, local authorities, employment organizations, professional networks, and relevant community partners
- Identify and develop new candidate channels and local talent pipelines in geographical areas where recruitment demand is high or candidate availability is limited
- Promote a positive candidate experience and a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and governance requirements related to Recruitment and Selection.
Qualifications & Competencies required:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of exposure to Talent Acquisition, with proven experience in frontline, high-volume retail, logistics, customer service, or operational recruitment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating, coaching, or supervising Recruiters
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements across different companies, roles, and geographical locations
- Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to represent the Group professionally to external organizations and candidate communities
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with recruitment metrics and reports
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, collaborative, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
