In-House IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced In-House IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for all employees and business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows system.
• Manage servers, workstations, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Administer company email, cloud services, and other enterprise applications.
• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity, including antivirus, firewalls, and backup systems.
• Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Train employees on best IT practices and software usage.
