Dynamic Contracting & Business Development Manager

Our vision is to Build and grow a dynamic hotel portfolio contributing to the expansion of the existing business. This is not a traditional contracting administration role. The role combines dynamic hotel contracting, commercial negotiation, portfolio development, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

Own and grow the Dynamic Contracting hotel portfolio for Greece, with direct contribution to revenue, margin and portfolio growth.

Identify, negotiate, and onboard new hotel partners based on commercial potential, production opportunity, and margin contribution.

Work closely with Revenue, Commercial and Static Contracting teams to optimize the performance of the OTS portfolio.

Requirements

Proven Experience in Channel Management / Dynamic Inventory / Hotel Online Business

High-Level Understanding of the Hotel Distribution Ecosystem

Commercial Negotiation Skills

Pricing / Rate Structures Knowledge

Production and Margin Analysis

Market Knowledge

Ability to Identify Opportunities and Onboard Hotels for OTS's Dynamic Portfolio

Relationship Management with Hoteliers

Excellent Use of Microsoft Office / Data / Reporting

Languages: English

Ability to cooperate with various departments: Revenue, Commercial, Product, Yielding, Reservations, etc.
